He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Thurman and Bertha Hampton Hayes; his daughter Tabatha Hodges; and his sister Wanda Faye Deloach. He is survived by: his wife Judy Bales Hayes; his daughters, Kimberly Dawson of Bon Aqua, TN and Wendy Kelley (Jason) of Dickson, TN; his brother Randy Hayes (Media) of Cumberland Furnace, TN; and his son-in-law Billy Hodges of Dickson, TN. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren 7 Great Grandchildren.
