She is survived by: her daughter Tonya Black (Woody) of White Bluff, TN; her stepmother Helen Perry of Springfield, TN; her siblings, Dennis Perigo (Agnes) of White Bluff, TN, Rick Meadows (Shirley) of Springfield, TN, Eddie Perigo (Laura) of Nashville, TN, Minnie Hall, Darlene Smith of White Bluff, TN, Mary Sanders and Beverly Stewart of Dickson, TN; and her granddaughter Carlie Neblett.
