She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Phillips and Essie Phillips (Parker); her husband Artest Waynick; and her siblings, Ruby Simmons, Pauline Phillips and Bobby Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Keith Waynick (Teresa) of Burns, TN and Janice Elaine Corbin of Vanleer, TN.; her brother Noble Phillips (Billie) of Burns, TN.; her sister-in-law Patsy Phillips (Teresa Vaughn) of Clarksville, TN; her grandchildren, Jason Corbin (Jenny), Matthew Corbin, Graham Waynick and Jordan Waynick; and her great grandchild Ashlyn Corbin.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spann Funeral Home (1961 Hwy 48 N, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
