He is survived by: his significant other Martha Nell Hayes; his children, Penny Baker (Wayne) of Charlotte, TN, Douglas Hayes (Karalee) of Vanleer, TN, Teresa Merriman of Dickson, TN and Jeff Hayes (Rebecca) of Alabama; his siblings, Marjorie Woodard of Dickson, TN and Dwayne Hayes (Faye) of Dickson, TN.; his granddaughters, Valerie Holloman (Brandon) and Sierra Wenck (Joey); his stepgrandchildren, Jessie and Renee; his great grandchildren, Kydin, Bryce, Jake, Abby, Isaac, Levi and Zoe; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Evan and Na-Velle; and his siblings, Yvonne Yates, Durrell Hayes, Johnny Hayes and Michael Hayes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
