He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Black of White Bluff, TN and Donna Stewart (Anthony) of Lawrenceburg, KY; his wife Mary Cauthen Black of Dickson, TN; his children, Macy Elizabeth Cauthen and Max Samuel Cauthen; and his siblings, Shane Black (Michelle) of White Bluff, TN and Stacey Black of Lawrenceburg, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
