She was predeceased by: her son Kyle Conatser. She is survived by: her parents, Jimmy Vaughn and Roxanne Hall Vaughn; her husband Jeff "Fester" Lackey of Dickson; her children, Levi Conatser, James Conatser, John Wayne Lackey, Jaxson Wyatt Lackey, Makayla Williams (Colton) and Kaylynn Lackey; her brother Christopher Vaughn; her grandchildren, Charlee Williams, Drue Williams, Keylee Lackey and Jase Lackey; her nephews, Isaiah and Samuel Vaughn; and her uncle Brad Hall (Shannon).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Forbidden Shields Riders Club.
