We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2021, at the age of 81, Dorothy Ann Lewis of Dickson, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert and Edna Bruce Lee; her husband Curtis Lewis; her brother Sammie Lee; and her stepson Brian Lewis.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Travis (Tawanda) of Mt Juliet, TN, Jeff Travis (Tanya) of McEwen, TN and Doug Travis of Stayton, TN; her stepchildren, Dawn Smith (Mark) of Missouri and Marty Lewis of Utah; and her sisters, Becky Goodnight (Dallas) and Shirley Adkins (Dalton). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and a niece.
