He was predeceased by: his father John Wesley Maples Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Tina Maples; his wife Alice Johnson Maples; and his siblings, Jay Maples, Hugh Maples, Rick Maples, Daryl McGee and Tina Marie Boas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a host of friends and fellow co-workers.
