She was predeceased by: her parents, Golden Clark and Jewell Attaway Clark. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Cardona of Dickson, TN; and her grandchildren, Olivia Cardona, Benjamin Cardona, Elizabeth Sebastian Dudnick and David Carl Jr. of Bon Aqua, TN. She is also survived by 7 Brothers & Sisters.
