He was predeceased by: his parents, Seth O'Neal Williams and Maxine Roberts Williams Baker; his brothers, Ronnie Baker and Tony Baker; and his grandchild Carley.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Batey Williams; his daughters, Leah Peeler (Eric) and Bekah Pass; his siblings, Billy O. Williams (Cyndee) and Regina Kimbro; his grandchildren, Molly Rye (Kenan), Owen Peeler, Graham Peeler, Griffin Pass, Hudson Pass and Evan Pass; and his great grandchild Korbin Mitchell Rye.
