She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Proctor and Rebecca Sensing Proctor; her husband J. T.; and her siblings, Willie, Dailey, Owen, Buford, Grady, James, David Proctor and Bertie Proctor Mayfield.
She is survived by: her children, Lovie Cole of Clarksville, TN, Becky Smith of Lakeland, FL, Bonnie Hassell (Mike) of Smyrna, TN, Donald Spann (Faye) of Dickson, TN, Donnie Spann (Linda) of Clarksville, TN, Stanley Spann (Linda) of Charlotte, TN and Steve Spann (Meryl) of Dickson, TN. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren 22 Great Grandchildren 15 Great Great Grandchildren 31 Step Grandchildren 28 Step Great Grandchildren.
