He is survived by: his pet Peanut; his wife Teresa Hayes Merriman of Dickson, TN; his daughters, Jessie Dawn Merriman of Hopkinsville, KY and Nancy Renee Hollaway of Russellville, KY; his stepdaughter Betty Shrum of Russellville, KY.; his siblings, Kenneth Earl Maddox of Dickson, TN. and Sarena Ann Webb (Tommy) of Calhoun, KY.; his grandchildren, Evan Merriman and Na'Velle Merriman; and his stepgrandchildren, Kailyn Shrum and Ava Shrum.
