She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Sloan and Ruby E. Sloan; her former husband Thomas E. Sylvis; and her brothers-in-law, Sam Pryor and Don Barnett.
She is survived by: her husband Warren Everett Medley; her daughter Michelle Renee Andrews; her son-in-law Kenneth Robert Andrews; her siblings, William Sloan (Bill), Patricia Pryor (Tricia), Larry Sloan and Virginia Barnett (Inez); her sister-in-law Etta Sloan (Brenda Sloan); her grandchildren, Thomas Dale Andrews, Misti Cheri Dueñez, Jennifer Guadalupe Andrews and Billy Joe Dueñez; and her great grandchildren, Brandon Thomas Andrews, Brianna Rosario Andrews, William Robert Dueñez and Wyatt Edward Dueñez. She is also survived by grand cats, 4 grand dogs.
