She was predeceased by: her parents, June Mallory Parker and Betty Joy Bridgeforth Pernell. She is survived by: her husband Nathan Sullivan of Burns, TN; her children, Citzie Wallace (Tucker) of Burns, TN, Jason Sullivan (Sherry) of Charlotte, TN, Josh Sullivan (Ryan) of Dickson, TN, David Sullivan of Dickson, TN, Travis Chester (Jamie) of Tennessee City and J. C. Sullivan (Kendal) of Tennessee City; her grandchildren, Creed, Ella, Nathan, Marilyn, Annie and Rouse; her siblings, Debbie Dunnagan of Dickson, TN and Joe Pernell of Burns, TN; her aunts, Dorothy McNair, Janice Buchanan (Robert) and Sherri Ebarb; and her parents-in-law, Carolyn Warren, Wanda Patton, Novella Long (Steve) and Joey Sullivan. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
