He is survived by: his grandson Ryan Cox; his children, Kimberly McCulley, Amy Butler, Jeremy Cobb and Susan McLeskey; his grandchildren, Maddie Butler, Dylan Spicer, Xander Cobb and Alexandria Reinagel; and his sister Trish Rye Mr.
