He is survived by: his children, Wendell Sylvis (Leslie) of Fairview, TN, Jimmy Rediker of Dickson, TN, Donna Sylvis of Dickson, TN, Melody Qualls (Terry) of Charlotte, TN and Beverly Roland (Stacey) of Charlotte, TN.; his sisters, Janice Davidson (Tommy) of Dickson, TN, Sharon Reeves and Treva Jones; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Sylvis, Cameron Hungerford, Tyler Hungerford, Jessie Rediker, Jessica Rediker and Shannon Rediker.
