He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Teal and Beulah Roberts Teal; his wife Reba Burgess Teal; his daughter Carol Skaggs; and his brothers, Leslie, Edward and Bobby Teal.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Teal Thompson (Mike), Vicky Teal, Hunter Reid, Kelsey Reid and Stephanie Hartman; his son-in-law Gary Skaggs; and his grandchildren, Shawn, Daniel, Cory Thompson, Karen, Rebekah, Eddie Risinger, Joe Teal, Callie Johnson (Scott) and Chance Skaggs (Zoey). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
