She is survived by: her children, Mike Forkum of White Bluff, Mark Forkum (Sasha) of Phoenix, AZ, Steve Forkum of Bolivar and Laura Crowe (Don) of Memphis; her grandchildren, Adrian Forkum (Megan), Luke Forkum, Nikolas Forkum, Alex Forkum, Donald Crowe (Kaity), Matthew Crowe, Lydia Forkum and Elizabeth Crowe; her great grandchild Brayden Forkum; and her siblings, Martha Davis of Texas, Lynda Pharis of Louisiana, Jim Adams of Louisiana and Mary Weir of Louisiana.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Camp Leatherwood.
