She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wilson Cunningham and Ruth Ellen Greer Cunningham; and her grandson Tristan Blake Moss. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Preston Pack (Amanda), Jeffrey Alan Pack and Jeri Lynn Moss (James Spears); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Allen Pack Jr. (Shannon), Derrick Gage Pack, Jericha Pack, Chelsy Marie Pack, Dakota Lee Pack, Tommy Johnson, Gary Wayne Pack, Britany Payge Moss (Preston), John Curtis Forrester (Alex), Landon Payne Moss (Alyssa), Destiny Wright (Bobby) and Jeremy Mattingly (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Novie Forrester, Ellie Jean Forrester, Eli Pack, Joshua Pack and Perisephy Pack.
