She was predeceased by: her parents, Gokaldas (Savitaben Modi) and Asmita. She is survived by: her husband Mahendra Modi of Dickson, TN; her children, Neemisha Desai, Vivak Master (Punita) of Richmond, VA, Priyanka Modi (Anand) of Richmond and Karishma Modi (Anirudh) of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Prem and Arushi; and her siblings, Hasumati Modi (Mahendra), Dilip Modi (Ila), Dixa Jinwala (Kishor) and Nita Shah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
