He was predeceased by : his mother Pamela Jean Ratliff Collins; and his niece Jesyka Collins. He is survived by : his father Ray Collins (Hannah) of Dickson, TN; his children, Jourden Biddulph (Jacob) of Dickson, TN, Deryk Collins of Dickson, TN and Landon Collins (Kirsten) of Dickson, TN; his sisters, Tonya Heathco of Dickson, TN and Tammy Litcofsky (Barry) of Nunnelly, TN; his grandchildren, Peyton Collins, Briley Adkins, Layton Adkins, Greyson Biddulph and Aiden Collins; and his nephews, Zach Ragan, Cory Ragan, Cody Lee and Isaac Litcofsky.

Visitation was held on Sunday, June 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
