She is survived by: her children, Vincent Perkins of Dickson, TN, Scott Perkins of Dickson, TN, Milicent Perkins of Nashville, TN, Santana Perkins of Erin, TN, Kelly Couch (Paul) of Pinewood, TN and Gerondia Dixon of Dickson, TN.; her granddaughters, Brandy London and Sunni Coffman; her great grandchildren, Hannah Manor, Makaylee Beechum and Devion Beechum; and her sisters, Ella Mayberry of Centerville, TN and Mable Scates of Centerville, TN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
