It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alene Redden Filson of Dickson, Tennessee, born in Hickman, Tennessee, who passed away on September 2, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Redden and Della Petty Redden; and her spouse J. R. Filson. She is survived by: her children, Shelly McCutchen, Mark Filson (Melissa) and Jimmy Filson; her brother Robert Redden (Rose); and her grandchildren, Marcy Brooks, Marny Mullins, Matthew Filson, Marlee Butts, Maggie Filson, Stevan Filson, Bobby Filson and Molly Sylvis. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
