She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clay and Georgia Ethel Rumsey Waynick; and her husband Ernest Bell Ellis. She is survived by: her grandson Ernest B. Ellis, Jr. (Corky) of Tennessee City, TN; and her great grandchildren, Annabelle Taylor Ellis, Brianna Paige Ellis and Claire Elizabeth Ellis.

Those desiring, memorials may be made to the Tennessee City Volunteer Fire Department or to the Tennessee City United Methodist Church.
