She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Sampson and Carol Pettijohn; her grandchildren, Monica Pettijohn, Chris Pettijohn and Michael Heath Sampson (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Shelby Sampson and Ellie Sampson; and her friend Bettie Eaves. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and special cousins.
