He is survived by: his wife Jane Thacker Wooten; his children, Anne Sorenson (Kevin), Doug Wooten (Chelsea) and Brittany Poindexter (Nick); his adoptive son Tyrone Johnson (Aundrea); his siblings, LaWenda Teague of Cleveland, Reneé Rollins (David) of Cleveland, Dale Key (Carol) of Etowah and James Wooten (Martha) of Benton; his grandchildren, Joel, Rebecca, Eli, Cainan, Luke, Elliott, Levi, Archer and Jacob; and his aunt Naomi Goble of Cleveland.
