She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph "Jody" Barnett; her parents, Ray Leslie and Gussie Leslie; and her siblings, Joe Leslie, Martha Simmons, Sara Weir, Pearl Crockett, Margaret Jones, Sue Brauner and Grace Goodman.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Evelyn Leslie; and her close friend Lockie Melton. She is also survived by four nieces; five nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
