She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas E. Dorsey; her daughter Toni Lynn Dorsey; her parents, William "Leo" and Elsie Somers; and her brother William Somers, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Dean Dorsey of Blanca, CO and Terri Rae Arnold (Emery) of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Tom Schuman (Misty) of Delano, TN, William Thomas "Billy" Dorsey of Kiowa, KS, Sharmayne Lee Nell Dorsey of Moscow, KS, Adam Dorsey of Texas, Clayton James "C. J." Dorsey (Tabitha) of Kiowa, KS, Samantha Ann Dorsey of Moscow, KS, Lindsey Nicole Lange (Chris) of Denver, CO and Tanner Dalton Buckley of Indianapolis, IN; her sister Evelyn Marie Schindler of Goodland, KS; and her friends, Sallie Curtis of Delano and Deloris "Petie" Williams of Etowah. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Flowers will be accepted, however anyone that wishes, may make a donation to the "Keenagers" of Woodward Church of God or the American Cancer Society in Hazel's name.
