He was predeceased by: his parents, Jordan Eaves and Beatrice Eaves; his former wife Opal Maxine Lance Eaves; his siblings, Gladys Rogers, Dorothy Morrow and Leonard Eaves; and his stepson Herman B. Fox, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Bettie Bradford Fox Eaves; his stepdaughters, Anita Bain, Jennifer Heath (Rick), Elizabeth Rainwater (Teddy), Cheryle Cooper (Ray) and Karen Fox; his sister Sandy Eaves; his nephew Heath Hamilton; and his siblings-in-law, Harley Bradford (Judy), Claude Bradford (Phyllis) and Cheryl Bradford. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, several nieces.
