He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnn Largent Sneed; his parents, Allen Webster Sneed and Estelle Eaves Sneed; his siblings, Mildred Sneed Sanders, Ernestine Sneed Walker, Juanita Sneed Dotson and Marion Sneed; and his great grandchild Christian Matthew Akins Sneed.

He is survived by: his children, Joan Sneed, Patrick Sneed (Linda), Largent Sneed (Penny) and Adam Sneed (Margie); his great grandchild Cody Allen Sneed; and his grandchildren, Asher and Ivy Sneed. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Delano Baptist Church, P.O. Box 25, Delano, TN 37325.
