He is survived by: his siblings, Elmer Mooneyham of Ohio, Harold Mooneyham of Ohio, Edd Mooneyham of Ohio, Lola Mooneyham of Del Rio, Sue Del Grosso of Utah and Jeanette Gibbs of Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other family and friends.
