He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Minnie Stanley, James and Sofina Cook. He is survived by: his children, Marissa Cook, Katelyn Cook and Leonard Cook (Tiffany Hall) of Del Rio; his grandchildren, Kinsley of Parrottsville, Kayden of Parrottsville, Kolson of Parrottsville, Kyland of Parrottsville and Addelynn of Parrottsville; his parents, Leonard Cook and Mary Cook; his sisters, Catherine Cook (Allen) of Del Rio and Linda Cook (Rob) of Whitesburg; and his nieces, Gabrielle Cook of Johnson City, Chelsea Collins of Del Rio, Sophie Collins of Del Rio, Brianna Cook of Whitesburg and Alyssa Cook of Whitesburg. He is also survived by several cousins and special friends.
