She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Self and Ada Self; her brothers, Clifford and Roy Self (Charles "Love" Cagle); and her nephews, Harold and Randall Cagle.
She is survived by: her children, Irene Cotheran (Melvin), Wilma LaFollette (Wendell), Sandra Cagle, Fred Cagle (Launa) and Jeff Cagle; her siblings, Opal Carlisle and Tim Self; her daughters-in-law, Cheryl, Benita and Judy Cagle; her niece Shirley Glaze; and her friend Mark Grigsby. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
