He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Cook of Del Rio; his children, Kim Conard (Charlie) of Del Rio and James K. Cook (Jamie) of Del Rio; his siblings, Ronnie Cook (Brenda) of Newport, Leonard Cook (Mary) of Del Rio, Johnny Cook (Gail) of Walnut, David Cook (Judy) of Hot Springs and Thelma Williams (Chan) of Newport; his grandchildren, Corey of Del Rio, Morgan Conard of Del Rio, Sarah of Grassy Fork, Chase Freeman of Grassy Fork, Kristyn Conard (James Grooms) of Del Rio and Destinee Cook (Joe Corley) of Del Rio; and his great grandchild Harper Jayde Freeman of Grassy Fork. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
