He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Kelley and Andy Kelley; and his siblings, Delma Rogers (Bill), Lena Cogdill (Arlie), Leona Cogdill (Willis), Tula Moore (Dawson), Don, Tom (Bernice), Andy Jr., Elmo (Louise) and Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Cora Mae Kelley; his son Bryan Kelley (Troy Jenkins) of Jonesborough; his granddaughters, Hayley Douthat (Mason) of Kingsport and Lauren Williamson (Derrek) of Tallahassee, FL; his great grandchildren, Chloe and Kenzi Williamson; his nephews, Gary Kelley and Jimmy Kelley of Del Rio; his sister-in-law Ruth Kelley; and also, Jay, Mary Williams, Mike and Deb Kopp. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home Inc. (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A burial was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mulberry Gap Cemetery (1600 Blue Mill Rd, Del Rio, TN 37727).
