He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Kelley and Andy Kelley; and his siblings, Delma Rogers (Bill), Lena Cogdill (Arlie), Leona Cogdill (Willis), Tula Moore (Dawson), Don, Tom (Bernice), Andy Jr., Elmo (Louise) and Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Cora Mae Kelley; his son Bryan Kelley (Troy Jenkins) of Jonesborough; his granddaughters, Hayley Douthat (Mason) of Kingsport and Lauren Williamson (Derrek) of Tallahassee, FL; his great grandchildren, Chloe and Kenzi Williamson; his nephews, Gary Kelley and Jimmy Kelley of Del Rio; his sister-in-law Ruth Kelley; and also, Jay, Mary Williams, Mike and Deb Kopp. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
