He is survived by: his wife Irene Strange Pack; his children, Tammy Rathbone (Mark), Marty Pack (Angie) and Johnny Pack; his grandchildren, Brandon Rathbone, Blake Pack and Cole Pack; his great grandchildren, Hayden Rathbone and Addington Pack; his sister-in-law Clarene Pack; and his close friends, Perry Carlisle, Debbie Carlisle, Anita Greene, Jennifer Woody, Arianna Pierce and Jacklyn Pack. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
