We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2021, at the age of 72, Essie Moore of Del Rio, Tennessee, born in Asheville, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Essie Moore to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Shelton and Melle Shelton. She is survived by: her husband Charles Wayne Moore; her children, Malcolm Wayne Moore (Rowena), Meleta Moore, Mariea Barrett (David) and Melanie Glass (Steve); her grandchildren, Sarah, Grace Moore, Randall Clevenger, Ethan, Eston, Eian Barrett and Steven Glass; her brothers, Hobert Shelton (Faye) and Olson Shelton (Peggy); and her nephews, David, Eric and Ryan. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In accordance with CDC recommendations, everyone planning to attend services is urged to practice social distancing and wear face coverings.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Round Mountain Missionary Baptist Church.
