He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ramsey; his siblings, D. C. Ramsey, John Dale Ramsey, Brenda Smith and Mary Margaret Ramsey; and his siblings-in-law, Billy Jack Rowland (Jo) and Mary Louise Batts (Ramon).
