He is survived by: his wife Carrie Stephens; his children, Tommy Stephens, II (Mariann) and Mary Grubb (Josh) of Barbourville, KY.; his grandchildren, Tommy Stephens, III, Keiyaun Mundy, Keiara Mundy, Makhia Hepburn, Maggie Stephens and Brooke Stedam; his sisters, Shirley Dishman of Burrville and Faye Barnes of Grimsley; his close friends, Robbie Troutt of Knoxville, Eddie Ervin of Knoxville, Danny Jones of McMinnville, TN., Tim Jones of Chestnut Ridge and Bro. Roy Langley of Wartburg; and his friends, Alan, Ricardo, Royal and Kent of Dynmanis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
