He is survived by: his mother Polly Durham; his brother Freddie; his sister-in-law Karen Durham; his sister Marsha; his brother-in-law Rex Spurling; his brother Gary Durham (Beth Hooper); his children, Nick and Erica; his stepgrandchildren, Brianna De La Torre (Grant De La) and Briley Stephens; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aubri and Adi De La Torre. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
