He is survived by: his father Richard Ronald Hackney; his daughter Karen Lewis of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Kayla Lewis of Knoxville, TN and Avery Lewis of Knoxville, TN.; his siblings, Deborah Reeves (Ted) of Knoxville, TN., Greg Hackney (Karen) of Knoxville, TN. and Jeff Hackney (Heather) of Maryville, TN.; and his close friend Peggy Bradley of Knoxville, TN.
