He is survived by: his wife Freda Williams (Hall); his children, Regina Williams of Deer Lodge and Richard Williams (Julie) of Lancing; his mother June Stephens of Deer Lodge; his grandchildren, Felicia Williams and Bernard Williams (Peyton) of Deer Lodge; his stepgrandchildren, Katlyn and Kelsey Phillips of Lancing; his siblings, Carl Mullins of Winfield, Alex Branstetter of Deer Lodge, Brenda Allred of Deer Lodge, Cindy Boles of Deer Lodge, Karen Howard of Deer Lodge and Judy Simmers of Deer Lodge; his cousins, Marion Adams of Deer Lodge and Cherri Barnett of Chesnut Ridge; his pet Mouchie; his sibling Bridge Rd; and also Bob Williams of Deer Lodge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many cousins who were like brothers.
