He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry and Martha Alice Aston; and his son Timothy Aston. He is survived by: his wife Martha R. Aston; his children, James Aston (Sharon), Thomas Aston (Amy) and Peggy Snyder (Jeff); his grandchildren, Natalie Aston, Irene Payne, Rachael, James D. Aston, Douglas Aston, Drexel Snyder and Andrew Snyder; and his great grandchildren, Maynard Payne and Dylan Payne.
