She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Howard and Dora Branstetter-Howard; her husband Kenneth Adams; her children, Douglas Adams and Wanda Broyles; her siblings, Elmer Howard, Ivan Howard, Edison Howard, Leroy Howard and Willis Howard; and her grandsons, Kenny Ray Sanders and Michael Adams.
She is survived by: her brother Harold Howard; her children, June Sanders, Vaughn Adams, Alvie Adams and Ronald Adams (Sissy); her children-in-law, Libbie Adams and Leroy Broyles; and her grandchildren, Jeffery Dean, Bryan Adams, Teresa Shepherd, Robert Sanders, Connie Adams, Lisa Broyles, Troy Adams, Dustin Patton, Kristy Patton, Kayla Patton, Craig Patton and Sean Adams. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
