He is survived by: his parents, Bruno Hnatusko, Sr. and Debbie Lebeter Hnatusko of Dolton, Ill.; his wife Rachel Hnatusko of Decherd; his children, Timothy Hnatusko, Jr. (Breanna) of Winchester, Seth Hnatusko of Decherd, Cole Hnatusko (Kalee) of Decherd, Maximus Hnatusko of Decherd and Rayna Hnatusko of Decherd; his brothers, Bruno Hnatusko, Jr. of Crown Point, Ind of Dolton, Nicholas Hnatusko of Dolton and Nathan Hnatusko of Dolton; and his granddaughter Braelynn Hnatusko.
