He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Mack Garrison and Peggy Ann Smith (Farris). He is survived by: his son Ethan Garrison of Estill Springs; his siblings, Greg Garrison (Denise) of Winchester, Kimberly Philpot (Tommy) of Decherd and Deana Ingle (Jansen) of Winchester; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney Gilliam (Bradley) of Huntland, Bailey Garrison of Winchester, Austin Garrison of Winchester, Cole and Cason Stewart of Winchester. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
