It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Ray Fann of Decherd, Tennessee, born in Winchester, Tennessee, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ray and Ola Mae Fann (Phelps); his wife Thelma Louise Rollins Fann; his daughters, Karen Sue Partin and Rachael Mae Fann; and his siblings, Billy Wayne Fann and Shirley Jeanette Fann Miller.
He is survived by: his children, David Barnes (Annette) of Tullahoma, Terry Barnes of Winchester, Michael Barnes (Donna) of Decherd and Jennifer Smith (Dan) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Hagan Gill, Derrick Smith and Evan Smith; and his close friends, Charlotte and Lady.
