She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn Curtis; and her grandparents, Bill, Henrietta Curtis, Carl and Rosabell Ramay.
She is survived by: her brother Tommy Curtis; her nephew Matthew Curtis of Decherd; and her siblings, Renea, Rhonda Cotham of Estill Springs and Johnny "Nash" Cotham of McMinnville, Tennessee.. She is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles.
