He is survived by: his wife Barbara Neeley; his children, Amber Neeley and Dalton Neeley of Decherd; his mother Velva Neeley; his brothers, Jesse Neeley (Carrie) of Apopka, Fla. and Bill Neeley (Stephanie) of Apopka, Fla.; and his sister-in-law Jennifer Neeley of Dalton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
