We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2025, at the age of 93, Jewel Duncan of Decherd, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Ray and Connie Ray (Hickerson); and her husband W. B. Duncan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
